What are the benefits of Corporate Passes for approved MINDEF/SAF applicants?
Corporate passes provide complimentary access to a range of local attractions for approved MINDEF/SAF applicants, on a first come first served basis.

How many guests are allowed entry with each Corporate Pass?
Each corporate pass allows entry for one MINDEF/SAF service personnel and up to three (3) guests.

When are the corporate passes released for booking, and how often does this occur?
Passes are made available for booking three times a year.
Passes will be made available for booking one to two weeks before the start of each period and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Information about pass releases will be announced on The Noticeboard, and detailed instructions will be given with each announcement. Please refer to the detailed FAQs for more information.

How can I apply for Corporate Passes, and what are the steps and requirements, including the need for an Eventbrite account and password authentication?

To submit Corporate Pass applications, please access the application pages through Eventbrite at the SAFPSC Welfare Portal.
i. Eventbrite account. Before applying for the corporate pass, please ensure that you have an Eventbrite account.
ii. Password Authentication. To access the Eventbrite application page for the MINDEF/SAF Corporate Passes, a password is required. This password is provided in the publicity poster sent by MINDEF Employee Communications via The Noticeboard, M365, and Athena before the start of each booking window. Please note that the password changes for every window, so please keep a look out for it.

What should I do if the tickets for my preferred visit date are fully booked?
You can choose an alternate visit date or periodically check the booking website, as cancellations may open up available slots.

What are the entry requirements for children at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, and SuperPark Singapore? Are there any age restrictions or entry fees for children?"
To visit the Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Zoo, and River Wonders, children aged 3 years and above will need a pass for entry. Children below 3 years old can enter for free.
To visit SuperPark Singapore, all visitors aged 1 year and above will need a pass for entry. Children below 1 year old can enter the play area for free.

What documents or items do I need to present for entry to the attractions?
The service personnel must be present at the entry point and must show the Authorisation Letter and the valid SAF Card/SAF Identity Card. Additionally, for entry to SuperPark Singapore, you must present the E-Ticket (electronic ticket from your email) for the booked play session at the entry point.
